What’s on the menu

Every dinner starts with our sourdough and smoked butter, then three courses with a choice at each:

Entrée — Berkshire pork jowl with nduja, celeriac purée, apple, persimmon and capsicum, or mushroom duxelles pasta with celeriac velouté, black garlic and parmesan.

Main — slow-cooked beef cheek with artichoke velouté, caramelised onion and brussels sprouts, or pumpkin risotto with black garlic and asparagus.

Dessert — molten chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream, or cheesecake with walnut crumble, salted caramel glaze and apple cider sorbet.

It’s the same kitchen and the same standards as our regular à la carte service — our standard three-course menu is $95, so the August price is a genuine saving, not a separate stripped-back offering. Vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free and nut-free options are built into the menu, and we’re happy to accommodate other genuine dietary requirements — just note them when you book.

For $45 per person, our sommelier matches a glass to each course — three wines chosen for the dishes in front of you, not a generic house pour. Optional, but if you’re making a night of it, this is the way to do it.

The details

The August Special runs for dinner, seven nights a week, until 31 August 2026. It’s available for indoor dining only — our lakefront dining room, not the domes — and the set menu is fixed, with no substitutions beyond dietary requirements. The price can’t be combined with other offers, vouchers or dining cards.
